Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Bezza G Manual and G Automatic?
They share identical equipment — only the transmission, price and kerb weight differ. Manual is RM2,000 cheaper (RM34,580 vs RM36,580) and slightly lighter (865kg vs 880kg), with marginally better fuel economy (22.8 vs 21.3 km/l).
What is the difference between Bezza G and X?
X has a larger 1.3L engine (70kW/121Nm) versus G's 1.0L (50kW/91Nm), plus Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Control, Brake Assist, front fog lamps, front corner sensors, a smart key with push-start, rear USB ports and semi-bucket seats — G doesn't have any of these.
Is Bezza AV worth the additional price over X?
AV adds Advanced Safety Assist (A.S.A.) 2.0, a reverse camera, leather seats, two-tone 15-inch alloy rims, a multimedia system with navigation, and an idling-stop 'Eco Idle' system. It's worth it if crash-avoidance safety features and equipment matter more than price.
Does Bezza have Advanced Safety Assist (A.S.A.)?
Only the AV variant has A.S.A. 2.0. G and X do not have it, though X does have Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Control and Brake Assist.
Which Bezza variant has a reverse camera?
Only the Bezza AV has a reverse camera. G and X have reverse sensors only, no camera.
Is the Bezza automatic a CVT like the Axia?
No — Bezza uses a 4-speed torque-converter automatic (4E-AT) on every automatic variant, not a D-CVT like the Axia. G is also available with a 5-speed manual gearbox, which the Axia range (other than the base E variant) does not offer.
What features are standard across all Bezza variants?
All four Bezza variants (G Manual, G Automatic, X, AV) share the same body dimensions, 508L boot, 36L fuel tank, LED headlamps, two-tone side skirting, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX anchors, reverse sensors, auto-off headlamps and Electric Power Steering.
